Delivery Policy
How Jesora Labs products are delivered: digitally, right after payment.
Digital delivery only
All Jesora Labs products are software, delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
RackHatch
- Download: RackHatch is downloaded from its product page on jesoralabs.com.
- After you pay: RackHatch Pro is activated automatically on the computer you bought it from, usually within a minute of the payment being confirmed. Your license key and receipt are emailed to you at the same time.
- Renewals: each yearly renewal extends the license automatically; nothing needs to be installed again.
- Another computer: sign in on the other computer with the same email address, or enter your license key there.
!Locker
- Windows: !Locker is downloaded from locker.jesoralabs.com or from its product page on jesoralabs.com.
- Phones: the iPhone and Android apps are delivered through the App Store and Google Play.
- After you pay: !Locker Pro is activated automatically, usually within a minute of the payment being confirmed, and your license key and receipt are emailed to you. A subscription bought in the phone app is activated in the app once Google or Apple confirms it.
- Another device: sign in on it with the same email address, or enter your license key there. One license covers a computer and two phones.
Event Reminder
Event Reminder is free and is delivered through the App Store and Google Play.
If something did not arrive
If RackHatch Pro or !Locker Pro is not active, or the email with your license key has not arrived within an hour of paying (check your spam folder), contact us at support@jesoralabs.com or +91 99957 36630. We reply within 2–3 business days.
Where we sell
RackHatch Pro and !Locker Pro are sold worldwide: in India through Razorpay (RackHatch Pro ₹399 a year, !Locker Pro ₹499 a year), and elsewhere through PayPal (RackHatch Pro US$19 a year, !Locker Pro US$24 a year). !Locker Pro can also be bought in Google Play and the App Store, at the price they show.
