How Jesora Labs handles information on this website and in our products.
Overview
This policy explains what information Jesora Labs (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. Jesora Labs is the trading name of Joji George, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala 683101, India, who is responsible for your information. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. To protect the form from abuse, we also record the IP address and browser information (user agent) sent with your message.
How we use information
We use contact form information to respond to you, to provide support, to improve our products based on your feedback, and to keep the form secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you open the contact page, a strictly necessary session cookie is set to protect the form against forgery and spam. It expires when you close your browser.
If a verification check is shown on the contact form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Our products
Each Jesora Labs product has its own privacy policy, which explains exactly what that product collects, why, and how to delete it. You can find it on the product's own website and in its App Store or Google Play listing. This policy covers this website and the information common to all of our products, described below.
Where a product needs an account or a license, we receive and keep only what is needed to provide it, which can include:
- Account details, such as your name, user name or email address. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and sign-in codes only in hashed form.
- License and subscription records, such as trial and license dates, renewals and the devices a license was used on. Devices are identified by an anonymous identifier, not by anything that names you.
- Payment records from our payment providers or app stores, such as a payment id, amount, currency, date and status. We never receive your card, bank, UPI or PayPal details.
- Your consent to automatic renewal, where it applies: the terms shown, the time, IP address and browser, as a record of the agreement.
- IP addresses of requests, to limit abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts.
Content you keep in a product, such as records or credentials, is described in that product's policy. Where a product protects it with encryption on your device, we cannot read it. We use this information only to provide the product, to prevent misuse and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and products, such as our hosting and email providers, our payment providers, and the app stores for purchases made there, only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence, and then delete them. We keep account and license records while you use our products, content you store in a product until you delete it or your account, and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Each product's policy gives its own details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and the license server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept for the required period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
This website and our products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
